How we work

Sintesy Studio enters the project from the very first meeting and remains present through post-delivery maintenance. One single technical point of contact for all building systems.

Project development

Sintesy steps in from the very first meeting.

We engage at the briefing stage with the client, support the designer in defining technological specifications, and produce the unified specification for all systems. Technology is not added to the project: it is part of it from the start.

Site opening

Present before work even begins.

In this phase we coordinate the planning of technical spaces with the contractor and site management. We verify that the structural layout is consistent with the planned system provisions.

Structure and masonry

We check the passages before they are closed.

We follow the opening of ducts, technical rooms, and system passages to ensure they comply with the technology project. An error here generates costs and delays in all subsequent phases.

Rough-in systems

The most critical moment. We are always present.

We coordinate the installation of all conduits: KNX, data network, fibre, audio, HDMI, AV provisions. We verify routes, cable segregation, and bend radii before the contractor closes with the screed.

Finishing works

We check before final closure.

Before laying screeds, plasters, and suspended ceilings, we verify that all technical access points have been respected and that the provisions are intact and accessible where needed.

Terminal installation

We supply, coordinate, and support the installer.

We supply the technological terminals: actuators, sensors, racks, switches, speakers, screens, video intercoms, CCTV. We support the installer in laying and wiring, ensuring consistency with the project.

Finishes

We coordinate with the architect for invisible integration.

In this phase aesthetic choices meet technical constraints. We work with the architect to integrate plates, sensors, and AV terminals consistently with the interior design. Technology must not be visible.

Commissioning and testing

We programme, integrate, and test everything.

KNX programming, scenario and logic definition, integration of climate, lighting, audio, access, and energy monitoring on a single platform. Every function is tested individually and in complete scenario.

Handover

We deliver documentation, not just systems.

We produce updated as-built documentation, the final functional specification, and train the client on using interfaces and scenarios. The client also receives a simplified user manual.

Post-handover

The relationship does not end at handover.

Three months after handover we carry out an operational check and adjust scenarios based on actual use. We offer annual maintenance contracts: firmware updates, rapid response, reporting.
